A task is one workflow execution. For example, when your Digital Teammate processes a customer inquiry – reading the email, updating your CRM, and sending a response – that entire workflow counts as one task.

When do I need multiple Teammate Digital?

Each Teammate Digital is configured for a specific role with its own permissions and responsibilities. You'll need multiple teammates when you have different workflows (e.g., Sales + Operations), different permission requirements, or want to separate work across teams or departments. Most customers start with 1-2 teammates for their highest-impact workflows, then expand as they see ROI.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, implementation fees, or hidden charges. The monthly price is all-inclusive.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add more Teammate Digital at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

What if I go over my task limit?

For Starter plans, tasks beyond the limit are charged at $5 per 100 tasks. We'll notify you before you exceed your limit and recommend upgrading to Growth for unlimited tasks.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the results within the first 3 months, we'll refund your entire payment – no questions asked.

What support is included?

All plans include email and chat support. Growth plans include priority support with 4-hour response times. Enterprise includes 24/7 phone support with 1-hour response SLA.
